The council of the BII, split the responsibilities into 4 committees:

Admin & Finance 

The main purpose of this committee is the control and mangement of the BII's financial accounts, including budgeting, cashflow management and grant/fund applications.

 

Education & Exams 

This committee is responsible for numerous fundamental activities of the BII, including the cordination of CII exams, Invigilating exams, arranging education based seminars and developing career enhancing tools for members.

Programme Committee 

This committee deal with the main stream events held by the BII such as the Annual Dinner and Charity Luncheons.
